The Parish of San Nicolás has become an unmissable destination in Valencia.

Located in the heart of the city, it holds fascinating treasures. Of medieval origin and later transformed into a Baroque masterpiece, its 2,000 square metres of fresco paintings completely covering its vaults leave no one indifferent.

Declared a Museum in 2020 and becoming an institutional member of ICOM in 2021, it is a cultural landmark that hosts a wide range of activities centred on art and music.

Thanks to the patronage of the Hortensia Herrero Foundation, San Nicolás was fully restored to its former splendour in 2016, marking the start of a new challenge in the field of Cultural Management.

Since then, Global Menta has led this project, designing and delivering unique experiences that bring this site closer to all kinds of audiences through innovation, excellence and emotion.

How we transformed
San Nicolás into a cultural landmark

Cultural management

We lead the daily management of San Nicolás with a focus on operational excellence, tailoring every process to the space’s needs. Our strategy combines the selection and training of specialised visitor services staff, the use of audioguides in five languages to promote accessibility, an efficient ticketing system, and a strong commitment to heritage conservation thanks to a dedicated team focused on protecting and enhancing its value.

Content design and mediation

We create inclusive narratives that enrich the cultural experience through guided tours, exhibitions, activities and educational programmes tailored to different audiences. We foster a genuine connection between the visitor and the heritage through a team in continuous training, specialised in art and culture.

Communication and promotion

We design integrated strategies that combine creativity and analysis to engage with diverse audiences. We produce high-impact audiovisual content, ensure cohesive graphic design and manage digital and social media communication, guaranteeing an active and coherent presence across cultural and tourism channels.

Digitalisation – La Luz de San Nicolás

This immersive project offers a new way to experience heritage: a monumental mapping projection in the central nave, an interactive room to explore the history of the church, and a contemplative audiovisual piece. Technology and emotion combine to enrich the visit to San Nicolás.
